Paradigm Volleyball believes in the philosophy of collaborative coaching. Paradigm will incorporate various area coaches and college players to help develop and teach the individual and team skills needed to see success on and off the court.
Each Paradigm coach brings a unique amount of game play and coaching experience to practices and tournaments. It is these varying experience levels and unique backgrounds that will allow our players to develop comprehensive volleyball skill sets.
